At the other end of life, I was diagnosed with brain cancer not long after starting my degree with the Open University. I’ve also outlived my prognosis and wondered whether there is any point in spending all this time learning. But like Neve, learning gives me pleasure. I’m glad you found a way for Neve to enjoy your time together. I hope you have many happy memories. Best wishes to you and your family.

Thank you! There are some images that I have had my eye on for a while, to paint. Neve in the hospital, on the laptop, was one of them. As was her and her teacher from the back. I also remember the moment and how connected they were. It was lovely. x
