Oh Emily, they're reminding me of childhood books "The Garden Gang". I love the laughing fruit and veg, what amazing care Neve received from those thinking outside the box <3

Glad the laughter sounds perfect to you. It's slightly wild and manic IRL but it certainly stops you in your tracks. Excellent distraction from anything and everything and then it's hard not to smile!

Thank you for sharing this story, Emily. You have described something so unimaginable in a way that any parent could relate - not least the desire to do anything to take your child’s pain away. And what a dedication to the hospice care you received. Love as always xxx

Thanks Holly. You are right, Neve's pain was unimaginable. I did not know one could be in pain like that, despite access to the best medical care. Palliative care locally, both hospice and community, is the epitome of dedication. xxx
